How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season and holidays. Availability can become limited quickly on Sanibel and Captiva.


Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. We have a 3 night minimum for all rentals.


How do I place a reservation?
You can submit your reservation using the ordering link on our website. After reserving your items, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice within 48 hours. If you have any difficulty placing an order, please feel free to email us for assistance. 


When is payment due?
Payment must be received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your reservation.


Do you accept last minute rentals?
Sometimes! If you need equipment and are unable to place an order online due to booking restrictions, please email us or submit an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We routinely monitor our email and you will receive a response within 24 hours. Please note that we do not offer same day rentals or one night rentals. 


Do I need to be present for delivery?
No. Most deliveries are completed before guests arrive. We only need your unit number and the property company (if applicable) to coordinate delivery- Easy Peezy!


Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Sanibel Island and Captiva Island homes, condos, and resorts.


When will my items be delivered?
The day before your rental date, you will receive a direct phone number for communication. We coordinate deliveries around guest arrival times whenever possible. Most deliveries occur on your arrival day before or around check in time. Because we deliver throughout Sanibel and Captiva, exact delivery times may vary. 


How much is delivery?
Sanibel: $10

Captiva: $20

South Seas: $25

Includes delivery, set up and pick up 


What if my delivery is delayed?
Sanibel and Captiva traffic can cause delays, especially during peak travel days and weekends November through April. Our team works hard to deliver as close to your arrival window as possible and will keep you updated if needed by the direct phone number given to you.


What if I'm delayed?
Just let us know!


How do we communicate with you?

You will have a direct number to reach us regarding delivery and rental updates! 


What time is pickup?
Pickup occurs on the morning of your departure day. Exact timing may vary depending on our delivery route, but typically between 9-12. You can leave the items outside of your door (weather permitting) or leave them in your unit if we have access. It is very easy to coordinate- so don't worry!


  • To help us keep our equipment in great shape for future families:
  • Please rinse sand and saltwater off beach equipment if you have access to a hose.
  • Wipe highchairs or eating chairs after meals.
  • Only water should be used for drinks in our car seats and strollers.
